By using our Wanderwise AI application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

When you create your Wanderwise AI account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. AI-Generated Content

The itineraries and other content generated by the AI are for informational and planning purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the AI-generated content. Travel details, such as opening hours, prices, and availability, can change. You are responsible for verifying all information before making any travel arrangements.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any information or data you input into the Service (your "Content"). By using the Service, you grant Wanderwise AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and process your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
  • Submitting false or misleading information to the AI.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
